The Church of San Francesco: was consecrated in 1291, then enlarged and rebuilt internally between 1707 and 1727. At the end of the church is the “Vitelli Chapel”, built around the mid-16th century by Giorgio Vasari. In one of the altars there is a copy of the very famous “Marriage of the Virgin”, painted here by Raphael in 1504 and now exhibited at the Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan.
