Here is the program with which the experience is usually organized:

(9.30 / 10.00) arrival at the company, presentation of Giuliano and / or the other truffle hunters with whom we usually collaborate
out in the woods to search for truffles. An exciting excursion to an area adjacent to the plant accompanied by Giuliano, owner of the company and expert Tartufaio, and his faithful dog Lola to experience the incredible thrill of discovering the truffle. During the journey you cannot fail to be involved by the passion that accompanies the Tartufaio during the search. Stories, tales and curiosities about how and where the truffle grows, about the different types, about its properties, about its natural habitat will accompany you along the way. (Duration approximately one hour, the duration may vary based on the number of participants.
Visit to the laboratory to attend the processing and transformation phases of the product. The secrets of production will be revealed: the selection and washing of the fresh truffle, its conservation, its use for the preparation of creams and sauces, the sterilization phases and finally the sector dedicated to the packaging of the products and the graphic department that he has been taking care of the brand for years. If the tour takes place on Saturday, the day the company is closed, it will not be possible to attend the processing phases, therefore we recommend that you book the experience from Monday to Friday.
“Tartufaio’s breakfast” this is the name of the tasting. Name chosen for the traditional breakfast that the Tartufaio usually made in the woods.
